That feeling you get when you get snap out of the mindless scroll, unaware of how long you've been in the vortex. The feeling of living on autopilot. Always available and pulled in a million different directions. Exhausted, with no energy for focus or true connection.
so i had this crazy idea.
What if I dive deeper into the mindset strategies that have helped to keep me afloat : while raising my four boys, working and dedicating time to my community? What if I learn even more about the science behind why they work? What if I push through my own comfort zone, and get the training and certification that I need to teach (what I believe in my heart to be) the essential life skills of our future?
This, my friend, is what I feel is
