Five to Thrive is a foundational team workshop that teaches the core Building Blocks of Resilience using simple, science-backed tools to manage stress, strengthen mindset, and improve focus in today’s demanding work environment. Building these skills across the team reduces the emotional load on managers and makes day-to-day leadership more sustainable.
In-person sessions create opportunities for team connection as participants put the tools into action together. Workshops range from 90 minutes to half-day retreats and include a self-paced toolkit to support ongoing application. Available in person or via webinar.
